Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu optimalizace organizační struktury. V praktické části je proveden rozbor stávající organizační struktury podniku Miloslav Kyjevský – F.G.P. studio a poté jsou zde vymezeny problémové oblasti a návrhy jejich řešení, čímž jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of optimization of the organizational structure.
