Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá strategickým manažerským systémem balanced scorecard. V první kapitole se práce zabývá historií a popisem metody balanced scorecard. Ve druhé kapitole práce uvádí příklady využití této metody. Dále je přiblíženo město Proseč a následně implementována balanced scorecard na tuto municipalitu.
Abstract:
Thee bachelor thesis deals with the strategic management systém called the balanced scorecard. The first chapter deals with thi history and description of the balanced scorecard method. The second chapter presents examples of the use of this method. The town od Proseč i salso approached and the balanced scorecard is subsequently implemented for this municipality.
