Abstract:

Právní úprava institutu "konta pracovní doby". Název této diplomové práce, která čtenářům nabízí komplexní pohled na danou problematiku. První část práce je věnována pracovní době a jejímu rozvržení, jelikož konto pracovní doby úzce souvisí s celou oblastí pracovní doby, nelze ji od ní oddělit. Druhá část se zabývá plně stěžejním tématem konta pracovní doby. Po úvodním seznámení s tímto novým institutem, zavedeným do českého právního řádu v r. 2007, se pozornost obrací k nejdůležitějším aspektům probírané problematiky. Odměňování v kontu, zahraniční studie o kontu, vyrovnávací období, průměrný výdělek. Toď stěžejní oblasti, kterými se v autorka v práci zabývá. V posledních kapitolách je rozebrán praktický dopad institutu a popsány jednotlivé zkušenosti s kontem pracovní doby v určitých společnostech. Také je podáno srovnání české právní úpravy konta s úpravou v Německu a na Slovensku. Závěrem se autorka snaží shrnout danou problematiku a navrhuje změny, které by institutu prospěly a které by měly být předmětem diskuze před plánovanou novelou zákoníku práce.

Abstract:

Legislation of the "working time accounts ". The title of this thesis, which offers readers a comprehensive look at the issue. The first part is devoted to working time and its layout, as an account of working time is closely connected with the whole area of ??working time can not be separated from her. The second part deals with the central theme of full working time accounts. After the initial introduction to this new institute, introduced into Czech law in 2007, attention turns to the most important aspects of the discussed issues. Compensation in the account, the study of foreign account, balancing period, the average earnings. Tod key areas in which the author deals with the work. In the last chapter is broken down the practical impact of the institute and describe individual experiences with working time accounts in certain societies. It is also given a comparison of Czech legislation with the adjustment account in Germany and the Slovak Republic. Finally, the author tries to summarize the issues and proposed changes that would benefit the institute and which should be the subject of discussion before the planned amendment of the Labour Code.
