Práce je zaměřena na zjišťování a popis pokroku, kterého dosáhl chlapec s autismem v období odkladu školní docházky. Chlapec v tomto čase navštěvoval mateřskou školu speciální. V době zahájení výzkumu byla jeho diagnóza nízko funkční dětský autismus, středně těžká mentální retardace a těžce opožděný vývoj řeči. The thesis focuses on the identification and description of the progress of a pupil with autism in a period of deferred school attendance. The pupil attended a special kindergarten during this period. At the time the research began, his diagnosis was low-functioning autism spectrum disorder with moderate mental retardation (ICD-10) and his speech development was described as severely delayed.
