Návrh a implementace etických kodexů v podnicích v hotelnictví

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení etických kodexů v podnicích zahrnující oblast hotelnictví. Účelem byl návrh etického kodexu podniku pro zkvalitnění vnitřního podnikového prostředí a identifikace případných specifik pro tvorbu etických kodexů v daném odvětví. Dílčím cílem této práce bylo navrhnout etický kodex pro společnost Grandhotel Zvon, s. r. o., a to za účelem zlepšení vnitřního podnikového prostředí této společnosti. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní komparativní analýzy, kvalitativní obsahové analýzy, analýzy odvětví, případové studie, SWOT analýzy, dotazníkového šetření a rozhovorů byly zjištěny odpovědi na čtyři výzkumné otázky. Na základě těchto metod byl vypracován návrh pro tvorbu a implementaci etických kodexů v hotelnictví. Doporučení pro společnosti jsou připomínkování, finální znění etického kodexu, grafický vzhled dokumentu, zveřejnění etického kodexu, oficiální představení ve společnosti, představení etického kodexu zainteresovaným stranám a také aktualizace etického kodexu. Další doporučení se týkají implementace etického kodexu pro odvětví hotelnictví, nicméně je vždy nutné přizpůsobit se specifikům dané společnosti. V současné době neustále narůstá společenská poptávka po etických kodexech. Společnosti, které působí v odvětví hotelnictví si jsou vědomy významu, který pro ně kvalitní a účinný kodex má.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis was to evaluate codes of ethics in the hotel industry in order to draft a code of ethics for improving the internal business environment and identify any specifics for the creation of codes of ethics in the industry. The partial goal was to design a code of ethics for Grandhotel Zvon, s. r. o., based on the information obtained and taking into account the specifics of a particular company. improving the internal business environment. Through qualitative comparative analysis, qualitative content analysis, industry analysis, case studies, SWOT analysis, questionnaire surveys and interviews, answers to four research questions were found. Based on these methods, a proposal was developed for the creation and implementation of codes of ethics in the hotel industry. Recommendations for the company are comments, the final wording of the code of ethics, the graphic design of the document, publication of the code of ethics, official introduction in the company, introduction of the code of ethics of stakeholders, updating of the code of ethics. Other recommendations concern the implementation of a code of ethics for the hotel industry, while adapting to the specifics of the company. In the research, it would be acceptable to select other samples with a larger number of companies or to focus on individual sectors and specify the identical and other elements in the codes of ethics. At present, the social demand for codes of ethics is constatly growing. Companies operating in the hotel industry are aware of the importence of a quality a effective code.
