System for on-line questioning

Abstract:

Práce popisuje vznik a realizaci internetového (on-line) systému pro tvorbu, správu a vyplňování dotazníků, určeného pro užívání na serveru, jenž je spravován katedrou informačních a komunikačních technologií na fakultě pedagogické. Celý systém je realizován formou WWW stránek za užití HTML, CSS, PHP a MySQL. Všechny tyto technologie, stejně jako princip internetových stránek, jsou popsány v této práci. Dále zde nechybí ani analýza a návrh systému, popis implementace a nasazení na server.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes origin and realization of internet system for creation, administration and filling in a questionnaire. This questionnaire is defined for using at the server which is ordered by Institute of informational and communicational technologies at Faculty of Education. The whole system is realized into websites by using HTML, CSS, PHP a MySQL. All those technologies, same as the principal of websites, are described in this thesis. Furthermore, you can find analysis and design of the system, description of the implementation and setting system to the server there.
