Butyrylcholinesterasa je enzym vznikající v játrech. Stanovení její aktivity v plasmě může sloužit pro hodnocení funkčnosti jaterního parenchymu nebo otravy některými látkami (například karbofuran, rivastigmin,...). Abstract:
Butyrylcholinesterase is an enzyme produced in the liver. Assay of the activity in plasma can be used to evaluate the function of the liver parenchyma or poisoning by certain substances (for example carbofuran, rivastigmine,...).
