Cílem diplomové práce je výpočet tržní hodnoty vlastního kapitálu podniku SAZKA a.s. k 1. 1. 2015. K nalezení hodnoty podniku jsou využity tři metody ocenění, metoda DCF equity, metoda srovnatelných podniků a likvidační metoda, protože každá z nich je specifická svou metodikou výpočtu a nabízí tak různé pohledy na jeden podnik. The aim of the master thesis is to assess market value of equity of SAZKA a.s. company as at January 1, 2015. There are used three various methods for the valuation because each of them stresses different aspects of valuation theory.
