Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na dvojí postavení poškozeného - poškozený s nárokem na náhradu škody a poškozený bez tohoto nároku, pojednává o procesních právech poškozeného, včetně práva vyjádřit souhlas s trestním stíháním určitých osob. This thesis targets the position of the injured person in the criminal proceedings with regard to the two categories of these persons – the injured with the claim on damages and the injured without this claim.
