Assessment of the Safety of the Fixed Fire-fighting Equipment in a Particular Building

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na posouzení bezpečnosti stabilních hasicích zařízení ve vybraném objektu. Teoretická část objasňuje nejdůležitější pojmy a legislativní rámec, který tuto problematiku zastřešuje. Praktická část se zaměřuje na charakteristiku vybraného objektu společně s instalovanou sestavou. Následuje posouzení bezpečnosti na základě navržení optimální sestavy pro obchodní centrum a to za pomoci metody inspirované panelem expertů. Zde je navržen první okruh komponentů, u kterých je stanovena hypotéza vhodnosti komponentů pro návrh optimální sestavy pomocí metody check list. Hypotéza je v další části práce potvrzena multikriteriálním hodnocením. Obě sestavy jsou podrobeny SWOT analýze. V závěrečné fázi práce jsou doporučení na zlepšení bezpečnosti SHZ.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on the Assessment of the Safety of the Fixed Fire-fighting Equipment in a Particular Building. The theoretical part explains the most relevant terms and legislation connected with this issue. The practical part focuses on the characteristics of the selected object together with installed fire extinguishing system. Further, safety is assessed using designed optimal dire extinguishing system by description and discussion of the process of selecting the most appropriate system components of the fire extinguishing system for specific purposes. First draft of the components is suggested with the using of methods inspired by panel of experts. This components and hypothesis of their suitability are analysed using check list method. Later, the previous hypothesis is confirmed by multicriteria evaluation. Then installed fire extinguishing system and optimal system are analysed by SWOT analysis. In the last part, recommendations for improving safety are proposed.
