Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Obce jako veřejnoprávní korporace“ se zaměřuje na analýzu právní úpravy obcí. V teoretické části bakalářské práce vymezuje pojem „veřejnoprávní korporace“, analyzuje právní úpravu obcí v historické i současné právní úpravě, zejména se zabývá úpravou obcí v Ústavě České republiky a zákoně o obcích, samostatnou a přenesenou působností obcí, jakož i na současnými problémy týkající se obcí a doporučeními na jejich změny. V praktické části se bakalářská práce zabývá typy obcí, od těch nejmenších až po hlavní město Prahu, s ohledem na rozsah jejich samostatné a přenesené působnosti a na kategorizaci obcí podle rozsahu výkonu státní správy.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis called „Municipalities as a public corporation“ focuses on analyzing the legislation of municipalities. The theoretical part defines a term “public corporation”, analyses the legal regulation in historical and current legislation, especially deals with the regulation of municipalities in the Constitution of the Czech Republic and the Act on Municipalities, own and delegated responsibility of municipalities, as well as current issues related to municipalities and recommendations for their changes. In the practical part, the bachelor´s thesis deals with the types of municipalities, from the smallest to the Capital city of Prague, with regard to the scope of their own and delegated responsibility and the categorization of municipalities according to the scope of state administration.
