Renting and subletting of commercial spaces
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá problematikou nájmu a podnájmu nebytových prostor. Poukazuje na historický vývoj právní úpravy stejně tak jako současný stav českého práva. Také se věnuje vzniku a zániku nájemního vztahu, náležitostem smlouvy o pronájmu atd.
Abstract:
This dissertation discuss problems related to renting and subletting of comercial spaces. It show historical context of development of legal regulations as well as present condition of the czech law. Also decribes begining and end of rent agreement, terms of the rental contract, etc.
