Evaluation of cooperation of mining companies and municipalities affected by mining, case study mine Bílina

Abstract:

V předložené práci je zpracovaná forma spolupráce těžební organizace se samosprávami obcí, které leží v neprostřední blízkosti těžby, a její vyhodnocení na příkladu povrchového dolu Bílina. Literární rešerše se zabývá legislativou, historií jednotlivých obcí a historií těžební společnosti. Metodická část popisuje zájmovou lokalitu. Metodika také popisuje sběr dat v rámci dotazování se zástupci obcí a těžení organizace a jeho výstupy. V další části práce jsou uvedeny výsledky ze zjištěných informací o spolupráci a o budoucnosti této lokality, dle tohoto vyhodnocení. V sekci diskuze následuje doporučení autora a jeho vyjádření na danou problematiku. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty spolupráce mezi těžební organizací a přilehlými obcemi s doporučením pro praktickou realizaci.

Abstract:

In the following thesis is described cooperation of mining companies with municipalities, which are located in the vicinity of coal mines, and its evaluation on the example of surface mine Bílina. Review of literature deals with legislation, history of individual municipalities and the history of the mining company. Methodological section describes the location of interest. The methodology also describes the collection of data in the context of questioning the representatives of municipalities and mining companies and its outputs. The next section of thesis presents the results of the acquired information about the cooperation and the future of the site, according to this evaluation. In the discussion section follows the recommendations of the author and his statement on the issue. The conclusion summarizes the cooperation between mining organizations and adjacent municipalities with recommendations for practical implementation.
