Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nekalého jednání v rámci hospodářské soutěže. Cílem práce je shromáždit, utřídit a analyzovat informace, týkající se právě nekalosoutěžního jednání včetně vymezení dané problematiky uvedením konkrétních případů.
