Translatological aspects of smaller German and Czech legal texts
Abstract:
This master thesis describes the particularities of smaller legal texts in German and Czech. The theoretical knowledge was applied to analyze translational problems in chosen texts and their suggested solutions. An integral part of the analysis was also the identification of collocations typical for the chosen text types.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky překladu krátkých právních textů v německém a českém jazyce. S využitím odborné literatury byly získány teoretické poznatky, které byly aplikovány při analýze překladatelských problémů ve vybraných textech a návrhu jejich řešení. Součástí procesu analýzy bylo také nalezení jazykových kolokací, které jsou typické pro dané textové typy.
