Occupational therapy in Psychiatry in the period of hospitalization of the patient

Abstract:

Souhrn V této bakalářské práci se zabývám ergoterapií v průběhu hospitalizace pacienta na psychiatrii. Zaměřila jsem se na tři formy onemocnění, se kterými se setkávám ve své praxi nejčastěji. Jedná se o onemocnění demence, afektivní poruchy a schizofrenii. Ve speciální části popisuji odbornou terminologii včetně definice ergoterapie. Zmiňuji zde jednotlivé druhy ergoterapie, které se využívají během intramulární péče. Obsahem této práce je i základní přehled hodnotících škál a testů využívaných v psychiatrii. Dále popisuji extramulární péči, kde jsem se zaměřila na přechod pacienta z léčebné rehabilitace do sociální rehabilitace. V hlavní části jsem rozebrala kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou schizoafektivní porucha, manický typ. Je zde popsáno vstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření, krátkodobý ergoterapeutický plán a zaznamenán kompletní průběh ergoterapie, dále je zde zaznamenáno výstupní ergoterapeutické vyšetření a stanoven dlouhodobý ergoterapeutický plán.

Abstract:

Summary In the theory, I dedicate my bachelor's work to occupational therapy where I am dealing with a patient, who is hospitalized due to his psychiatry treatment. I focused on three different types of illnesses, which are most common in my practice. This diseases are particularly dementia disease, affective disorders and schizophrenia. There is one special part of my work, which is concentrating on terminology, where is also a definition of occupational therapy. Except of this you can find in my study case each kind of occupational therapy, which can be used in intramural care. The Content of this work consists a basic overview of rating scales and tests that can be very the particular patient well used in psychiatric work with. In another part you can read something about extramural care, where I am concentrating on patient's transition from therapeutic rehabilitation to social rehabilitation. In methodological research, there is a case report of the patient who suffers from schizophrenia, maniac disorder. As a part of this report is an overview of the initial examination, as well as the overview of short-term occupational therapy plan with a record of a particular course of therapy. Further here is disclosed the investigated and stated long-term occupational therapy plan.
