Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ab initio výpočty vlastností intermetalických fází obsahujících nikl a cín. Konkrétně se jedná o hexagonální struktury typu Ni1,5Sn a Ni2Sn. Zkoumány jsou také čisté prvky Ni a Sn (fcc Ni, Sn ve struktuře diamantu a tetragonalní Sn). Data spočítaná v této práci zahrnují rovnovážné mřížkové parametry, rovnovážné celkové energie a magnetické momenty. Stabilita zkoumaných fází je …more
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on ab initio calculations of properties of intermetallic phases containing nickel and tin, particularly the hexagonal Ni1.5Sn and Ni2Sn structure. The pure Ni and Sn elements (fcc Ni, Sn in the diamond structure, and tetragonal Sn) are also investigated.
