Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce má přinést komplexní pohled na problematiku týkající se zejména oceňování pozemků. Jsou zde popsány jak jednotlivé metody, které se při oceňování pozemků v praxi používají, tak i různé aspekty, které mají na tržní hodnotu pozemku vliv.
Abstract:
The point of this graduation theses is to show complex view on valuation of the lands. There are decsribed individual methods used for valuation of the lands and also all other possible aspects, which takes effect for their market value.
