The influence of internal and external motivation on creativity

Cílem této práce bylo prozkoumat souvislosti vnější motivace, konkrétně odměny, a míry projevené kreativity. Výchozím předpokladem bylo, že se kreativní potenciál jedince může projevit do různé míry. Výzkumná část se zabývá vlivem odměny na míru kreativity u předškolních dětí. Abstract:
The aim of this theses was to explore the relationship between extrinsic motivation, namely reward, and manifested creativity. The assumpsion was that the creative potential of an individual may be manifested to varying degrees. The research deals with an influence of reward on the degree of manifested creativity in pre-school children. This was examined with the sample of 85 children aged 4 to 6. …more
