Postavení lex mercatoria v mezinárodním obchodě

The Status of Lex Mercatoria in International Business
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku lex mercatoria, jeho historii a doktrinální vývoj. Pozornost je také věnována možnostem aplikace lex mercatoria v řízení před obecnými soudy i před soudy rozhodčími a dále jeho projevu v pramenech práva mezinárodního obchodu.
Abstract:
The Diploma work is oriented on lex mercatoria, it’s history and doctrinal evolution. Attention also paid to possibilities of application of lex mercatoria in trials before courts and arbitrators and to the reflection of lex mercatoria in international trade law sources.
