Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na povinnosti zaměstnavatele vůči zaměstnancům při vzniku pracovního poměru, v jeho průběhu až po ukončení. Problematiku jsem pro lepší srozumitelnost doplnila i o některé další povinnosti týkající se jak zaměstnavatelů, tak zaměstnanců. Může tak sloužit zaměstnavatelům i jejich zaměstnancům k získání informací v dané problematice. V závěru práce jsem uvedla svá doporučení …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on employer’s duties towards the employees when accessing the employment, during the employment till its end. For the sake of better comprehensibility, the issue has been supplemented with further duties concerning employers as well as employees.
