Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o komunikačních konfliktech mezi žáky ve škole. Cílem je vytvořit metodickou pomůcku, která pomůže žákům tyto konflikty zvládat a efektivně je řešit. Daná pomůcka se skládá ze dvou balíčků kartiček, přičemž jeden obsahuje konfliktní situace a druhý techniky řešení. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of communication conflicts of students at school. The aim of is to create a methodical tool that would help students manage conflicts and resolve them effectively.
