Abstract:
V současné době je známo, že identifikace volně žijících améb včetně tzv. nahých améb skupiny Vannellida, nemůže být založena výhradně na jejich morfologii. Pro identifikaci těchto organismů se doporučuje kombinovat použití znaků morfologických a molekulárních. Doposud byla jako molekulární marker využívána téměř výhradně 18S rDNA. Currently, the identification of free-living amoebae in general and naked lobose amoebae of the vannellid group specifically, cannot be based strictly on their morphology.
