Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním současného stavu právní úpravy péče o dítě v České republice a ve vybraných evropských zemích. V teoretické části je popsána péče o dítě jako součást rodičovské odpovědnosti a s ní související pojmy, sociálně-právní ochrana dětí a různé formy péče o dítě, se kterými se v České republice můžeme setkat. The diploma thesis deals with a comparison of the current state of legal regulation of child care in the Czech Republic and selected European countries.
