Abstract:
Tématem mojí magisterské diplomové práce je další studium mladých matek na rodičovské dovolené. V teoretické části se nejdříve věnuji stručnému vysvětlení základních pojmů, užívaných v textu, jako jsou rodičovská dovolená, mladá dospělost, další studium apod.. Dále se zmiňuji o vývojových úkolech mladé ženy, které jsou jí připisovány společností. Součástí textu je i kapitola o motivaci. Empirickou …more

The subject matter of this Master‘s thesis are next studies of young mothers on parental leave. In the theoretical part I focus at first on short explanation of basic terms which are used in the text, for example parental leave, young adulthood, next studies and the like.
