Protein APC je významný nádorový supresor, který se účastní mnoha buněčných procesů a interakcí s proteiny. Podílí se především na transdukci signálu v rámci Wnt signální dráhy, proliferaci buněk související s jejich obnovou a stabilizaci cytoskeletu. APC protein is an important tumor suppressor which is involved in many cellular processes and interactions with proteins. It is primarily involved in signal transduction within the Wnt-signaling pathway, cell proliferation associated with the renewal of cells and stabilization of the cytoskeleton.
