Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the most important works of Sir Christopher Wren and analyze their main architectonic features. According to facts revealed it will be concluded whether Sir Christopher Wren was a Baroque architect or not. This work describes Sir Christopher Wren?s constructions and designs. Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat nejvýznamější díla Sira Christophera Wrena, analyzovat jejich hlavní architektonické rysy a zjistit, zda Sir Christopher Wren byl nebo nebyl barokní architekt. Tato práce pojednává o stavbách Sira Christophera Wrena, a také o jeho životě, protože jeho životní postoj ho ovlivnil v tom, k jakému stavebnímu slohu se při navrhování svých děl přikláněl.
