Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá moderním použitím výnosové metody při indikaci obvyklé ceny nemovitosti. The Bachelor Thesis is interested in modern using of income approach method in the case of the market regular real estate price indication. The theoretical part included the basic precondition of using method which is necessary to meet and basic way of calculation.
