Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi tepelně technické ochrany budov za použití vnitřního zateplení obvodových stěn. Seznamuje s možnými izolačními systémy, které lze pro tento účel použít a které se od sebe liší zejména složením a technologickým postupem montáže. Jedná se o perforované desky z tvrzené polyuretanové pěny plněné minerálními vlákny, makroporézní kalcium-silikátové desky, moderní izolační materiál inspirovaný kosmonautikou a letectvím, přírodní ekologické dřevovláknité izolace a možnou alternativou – termoaktivní stěrkou. V aplikační části jsou pomocí programu TEPLO 2010 vypočítány jejich zásadní fyzikální vlastnosti pro toto použití, kterými jsou součinitel prostupu tepla konstrukce, tepelný odpor konstrukce, množství zkondenzované vodní páry a množství vypařitelné vodní páry. Tyto výpočty jsou provedeny pro cihelné obvodové zdivo bez vnějšího zateplení, cihelné obvodové zdivo s vnějším zateplením, panelové zdivo bez tepelné izolace a panelové zdivo s tepelnou izolací. Součástí výpočtů jsou také grafické výstupy v podobě kondenzačního pásma skladby obvodového pláště a rozložení teplot v obvodovém plášti. Závěrečná část práce obsahuje porovnání vypočítaných hodnot jednotlivých systémů, uvedení orientačních cen pro jednotlivé izolanty a návrh opatření pro případ nesplnění požadavků pro vnitřní zateplení.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilites of thermal protection of buildings when using interior insulation of perimeter walls. It presents insulation systems that can be used for this purpose and their differences in composition and technological process of installation. They include perforated polyurethane foam boards filled with mineral fibres, macroporous calcium silicate boards, modern insulation material inspired by aeronautics and cosmonautics, natural ecological wooden wool insulation and a possible alternative: thermo active paint. In the application part of the thesis a calculating software TEPLO 2010 was used to define the essential physical qualities of the presented solutions. These are heat transfer coefficient, construction heat resistance, amount of condensed water vapor and amount of evaporable water vapor. These calculations were made for brick perimeter walls with and without external insulation and prefabricated concrete panels with and without thermal insulation. Calculations also include graphic outputs – condensation zones of facade components and temperature layout. The final part of the thesis contains comparisons of calculated values for given systems, basic price comparison of the insulation solutions and proposition of actions if interior insulation requirements are not met.
