Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá antibakteriálním účinkem esenciálních olejů na mikroorganizmy. V teoretické části je popisováno obecné složení esenciálních olejů, jejich získávání a jednotlivé metody izolace těchto látek. Také je zde uvedeno využití těchto olejů. This bachelor thesis deals with antibacterial effect of essential oils on microorganisms. The theoretical part focuses on general composition of essential oils and methods for their iso-lation from plants. Essential oils uses and benefits are mentioned as well.
