Abstract:
Po rozpadu bipolárního světa se hrozba konfliktu vysoké nebo střední intenzity výrazně snížila a ozbrojené síly v euroatlantickém prostoru se začaly transformovat vlivem rozpočtových škrtů a vznikem nových hrozeb.
