The Crow Comic Book

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je komiks. Praktickou část tvoří komiksový sešit obsahující soubor několika krátkých příběhů, které jsou rámcově propojeny dvojicí vran. Textová část je věnována historii českého komiksu, několika autorům, teoretickým rovinám při tvorbě obrázkového seriálu, v druhé části se věnuji samotné realizaci komiksu, zvolenému postupu, použité technice, barevnosti a také symbolice slova vrána a jejího výskytu v umění.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis is a comic book. The practical part consists of the comic book which contains a set of several short stories generally connected by a duo of crows. The textual part is dedicated to the history of the Czech comic, to several authors, theory of creating comic, the second part is devoted to the realization of the author’s comic itself, the method, used technique, colouring and also to the symbolism of the word crow and its occurrence in art.
