Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční bonitou obce a jejím cílem je zhodnocení finanční bonity obce Orlová v komparaci s obcí Sokolov v letech 2015 až 2019. Teoretická část popisuje právní úpravu obce, hospodaření územní samosprávy dle rozpočtu a bonitu obce včetně metod pro její vyhodnocení. The diploma thesis deals with municipality creditworhiness and its goal is to evaluate the financial creditworthiness of Orlová municipality in comparison with Sokolov municipality in the years 2015 to 2019.
