Tématem diplomové práce je právní úprava cestovního ruchu v právu Evropské unie. Zabývá se cestovním ruchem jako službou. Práce pojednává obecně o cestovním ruchu, zkoumá volný pohyb služeb turismu v Evropské unii a zaměřuje se na vybrané oblasti služeb cestovního ruchu, konkrétně služby průvodcovské, služby cestovních kanceláří/cestovních agentur a dopravní služby. The topic of the thesis is the legal regulation of tourism in the law of the European Union. It deals primarily with tourism as a service.
