Anotace:

Bakalářská práce je věnována překladu odborného textu z oblasti senzorické analýzy vína. Práce je rozdělena do tří části. Teoretická část představuje teorii překladu a specifika překladu odborného stylu, popisuje oblast senzorické analýzy a vína obecně. Praktická část zahrnuje úryvky z odborných textů a jejich překlad do češtiny. Analytická část má za cíl analyzovat postupy použité během překládání, objasňuje konkrétní výběr daných českých výrazů s ohledem na teoretickou část a soustředí se prvky, které činily potíže či byly překladatelsky zajímavé.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is devoted to the translation of the technical text from the field of sensory analysis of wine. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part introduces the theory of translation and the aspects of technical translation, and presents the field of sensory analysis and wine in general. The practical part contains the passages of the technical texts and their translation into Czech. The analytical part aims to analyse the methods used during the translation, clarifies the particular choices of the Czech expressions with respect to the theoretical part and focuses on the elements that brought difficulties or were interesting from the point of view of translation.
