Abstract:
Práce se zabývá genderovou rovností na manažerských pozicích ve středním managementu hotelnictví a gastronomie. Na základě analýz primárních i sekundárních dat hodnotí situaci v daném oboru.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with gender equality in manager positions of middle management in hospitality. It evaluates the situation in given field based on analysis of primary and secondary data.
