Abstract:
Cílem této práce je rozebrat institut incidenčních sporů v rámci insolvenčního řízení. Podstatou je zařazení incidenčních sporů do české právní úpravy. Úvodem je nastíněna problematika řízení o incidenčních sporech. Jednotlivé kapitoly rozebírají druhy incidenčních sporů. Součástí práce jsou autorovy úvahy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the institute of incidental disputes in insolvency proceedings. The basis of the thesis is the inclusion of incidents in the Czech legislation. In the introduction is the issue of incidental proceedings outlined. Individual chapters analyze the types of incidental disputes. Finally, author's reflections de lege ferenda are part of the thesis.
