Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice zadlužení firem. Cílem práce je vymezit důvody, proč firmy využívají cizí kapitál ke své podnikatelské činnosti. Dále má práce posloužit jako detailní pohled nad možnostmi zadlužení, určení optimálního zadlužení, které musí každá firma brát s ohledem na konkurenční dynamické prostředí včetně teorií, které se touto problematikou zabývají. Práce obsahuje i kritické situace, kdy podniky už nejsou schopny dále hradit své závazky z důvodu přemíry cizího kapitálu a jakékoliv ozdravení jejich finanční situace je nemožné. V takové fázi nastává otázka ukončení podnikatelské činnosti, která je součástí této práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci poměrových ukazatelů sloužící k predikci finanční tísně včetně tzv. systémů včasného varování a dalších ukazatelů, kterými lze včas rozpoznat blížící se krizi podniku a následně aplikovat opatření k překonání krize podniku. Je-li to ještě možné.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with issues of debt of companies. The aim of this thesis is to define the reasons why companies use foreign capital for their business activities. Furthermore, the thesis should serve as a detailed look at the possibilities of debt, the determination of the optimal debt that each firm must take in view of competitive dynamic environment, including the theories that deal with it. The work also includes critical situation where businesses are no longer able to meet their obligations of the excess of foreign capital and any recovery of their financial situation is impossible. At this stage, there is the question of ending business activity that is part of this work. The practical part is focused on the application of ratios for predicting financial distress, including so called early warning systems and other indicators, which can be used to identify the upcoming crisis of the company and apply measures to overcome the crisis of the company. If this is still possible.
