Vliv mezinárodní produkční sítě na konfiguraci celosvětové nákupní organizace a její výkonnost.

Abstract:

Trendy v oblasti globalizace, optimalizace dodavatelských řetězců, využívání subdodavatelských vztahů a koncentrace na jádro kompetencí společnosti vede k rostoucí důležitosti nákupního oddělení a stává se středem pozornosti pro vrcholné vedení společnosti. Vedení se zaměřuje na činnosti nákupu z důvodu změny výdajové struktury, tj. snížení vnitřního hodnotového řetězce a zvýšení nákladů na materiál a pořizovacích nákladů přes 50 %. Základní cíle celosvětového nákupu jsou internalizace, strategické zaměření a snížení vlastních nákladů na provoz. Od nákupu se očekává generování úspor na globální úrovni, určení nejlepších nákupních trhů, nalezení nejlepšího dodavatele a určení celosvětové cenové relace. Mezi cíle studie patří analyzovat konfiguraci celosvětových nákupních organizací, vliv mezinárodní produkční sítě na nákup, výkonností testování mezinárodních subdodavatelských aktivit na globální úrovni a identifikace kritických faktorů k úspěchu a zlepšení kvality a efektivity nákupu.

Abstract:

Increased trends towards globalisation, optimization of the value chain, outsourcing of activities and focus on core competentencies result in increased importance of procurement's role, in that it causes high attention from top management.The focus from top management is based on the change of the cost structure, i.e. lowering internal value chain and an increase of material and purchasing costs above 50 %. The core objectives of the worldwide procurement are internationalization, strategic focus and costs reduction. There are high expectations towards procurement. First, to generate procurement savings on a global scale, to identify the best procurement markets, finding the best supplier and to determine the world class price level. The study has been targeted to analyze the configuration of worldwide procurement organizations and the impact of international production network on procurement. Furthermore, to benchmark international sourcing activities on a global scale, resulting in identification of critical success factors for improving the procurement quality and effectiveness.

Abstract:

Der zunehmende Trend zur Reduzierung der Wertschöpfungstiefe, das Outsourcing von Wertschöpfungsaktivitäten sowie die Konzentration auf Kernkompetenzen haben die Bedeutung der Beschaffungsfunktion deutlich gesteigert und in den Fokus der Unternehmensführung gerückt.Diese drei Trends haben die Kostenstrukturen im Unternehmen erheblich verschoben und somit den Anteil der Materialkosten über 50 Prozent gesteigert. Die Einkaufsorganisation hat folglich einen immer größeren Einfluss auf die Kostenstrukturen der Unternehmen. Gleichzeitig steigt der Druck auf die Einkaufsorganisation hohe Einsparungen zu realisieren. Dabei sollen die Beschaffungsmärkte weltweit analysiert werden um die "günstigsten" Lieferanten mit den preiswertesten Konditionen und Beschaffungswegen sourcing channels zu identifizieren.Kerninhalte der weltweiten Beschaffung sind demnach Internationalität, strategische Ausrichtung und Kostensenkungshebel.Die Beschaffung entwickelt sich von einer reinen operativen Beschaffungsfunktion zu einer wichtigen strategischen Managementaufgabe mit dem Ziel der Optimierung der Wertschöpfungsketten und der Senkung von Kosten.Damit nimmt die Beschaffung einen immer größeren Einfluss auf die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Unternehmen und muss daher in die Unternehmensstrategie eingebunden werden.
