Perspective Orientation by the adolescent Pupils from Childrens home

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématem perspektivní orientace u dospívajících žáků z dětských domovů. Je zde snaha zjistit, zda dospívající žáci z dětských domovů přemýšlejí o své budoucnosti a jaký je konkrétní výběr a obsah přání a cílů, které si kladou nebo které přijímají do budoucnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou z dostupných pramenů shrnuty hlavní poznatky z oblastí, které souvisí s výzkumným cílem (teoretické přístupy k otázkám časové perspektivy, perspektivní orientace, orientace na budoucnost žáků dětských domovů a pubescence). V empirické části jsem se snažila odpovědět na výzkumné otázky pomocí kvantitativní metodologie. Pro sběr kvalitativních dat jsem použila metodu polostrukturovaného interview. Při zpracování dat jsem postupovala pomocí kvalitativní analýzy, pro svůj výzkum jsem zvolila metodu zakotvené teorie. Data jsem v rámci metody zakotvené teorie analyzovala kódováním. Výsledky realizovaného výzkumu ukázaly, že žáci dětských domovů přemýšlejí o své budoucnosti. Budoucnost si nejčastěji spojují s konkrétním povoláním, dále se vzděláním, rodinným životem, bydlením a majetkem. Toto zjištění se shoduje s výsledky výzkumů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with theme of perspective orientation of adolescents from children’s homes. I focused on how the adolescents from children’s homes think about their future and what exactly are their created or taken over wishes and goals. There is a summary of main knowledge about the examinated theme in the theoretical part of the work (theoretical ways of research in the field of perspective orientation, perspective orientation, future orientation of children from children’s homes and adolescence). In the empirical part I tried to answer the research question by means of qualitative methodology. To collect the qualitative data I used the method of semi-standardized interview. I worked with the data by means of qualitative analysis and as a research method I have chosen the grounded theory. Within the grounded theory I analysed the data by coding. The results of this research show the fact that adolescent children from children’s homes do think about their future. The main subject they are relating this term to are choice of concrete job, education, family life, housing and property. There results accord with results of other’s researches.
