Abstract:

V teoretické části diplomové práce se zabývám procesem přijetí antidiskriminačního zákona, reakcí společnosti na tento zákon a jeho účinnost v praxi. Dále popisuji, jak společnost vnímá osoby se zdravotním postižením, a vybírám oblasti, ve kterých je postavení osob se zdravotním postižením stále nerovné. V empirické části práce se zabývám konkrétními názory vybraných vedoucích pracovníků organizací pro zdravotně postižené, na účinnost antidiskriminačního zákona v praxi, jak vnímají dnešní postavení osob se zdravotním postižením ve společnosti a jak, dle jejich názoru, své postavení ve společnosti vnímají zdravotně postižení.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with the process of adopting anti-discrimination law, society's responses to this Act and its effectiveness in practice. Also describe how society perceives people with disabilities, and selecting the area in which the position of people with disabilities are still unequal. In the empirical part of the thesis I deal with the specific views of selected managers organizations for the disabled, the effectiveness of anti-discrimination law in practice, how they perceive the current situation of persons with disabilities in society and how, in their opinion, their position in society perceive people with disabilities.
