Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem spojeným s distanční výukou způsobenou pandemií COVID-19. Zkoumá stres, který během distanční výuky zažívali studenti Českého vysokého učení technického v Praze. Distanční výuka během pandemie přinesla mnoho změn v tradičním studiu na vysoké škole s mnoha důsledky pro studenty. Teoretická část bakalářské práce uvádí definici stresu, stresorů a stresového syndromu dle Hanse Selye. Dále popisuje vliv stresu na výkonnost a zdraví, a snaží se popsat metody zvládání stresu. V teoretické části práce také lze nalézt kapitolu zabývající se psychickými zvláštnostmi studentů, zejména vysokoškolských. V praktické části bakalářské práce se nachází definice a vyhodnocení kvantitativně pojaté empirické sondy, které proběhlo formou online dotazníku a které se zabývá stresem, jemuž mohli být studenti vystaveni.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the stress associated with distance learning caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. It examines the stress experienced by students at the Czech Technical University in Prague during distance learning. Distance learning during the pandemic has brought many changes to traditional college studies with many consequences for students. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis presents the definition of stress, stressors, and stress syndrome according to Hans Selye. It also describes the effect of stress on performance and health and tries to describe stress management methods. In the theoretical part of the work, you can also find a chapter dealing with the psychological peculiarities of students, especially university students. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, there is a definition and evaluation of a quantitatively conceived empirical investigation, which took place in the form of an online questionnaire, and which deals with the stress to which the students may have been exposed.
