Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se na žádost majitele nemovitosti věnuji stavebním úpravám objektu Karlova 145/25 v Praze 1 – Staré Město, neboť dosud nemá všechny prostory využity a mnohé jsou zastaralé a nevyhovující. Vzhledem k lukrativnímu umístění stavby (v blízkosti Staroměstského náměstí), je požadavek majitele vytvoření nové ubytovací kapacity pro zahraniční i tuzemské turisty, dále kanceláře a prodejní plochy. Objekt je navíc umístěný v památkové rezervaci a má historickou hodnotu. Součástí mé bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro stavební povolení.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis I focused on a construction adjustments of building structure, that are located in Prague 1 Karlova 145/25 (Old Town). I focused on this object because it was wish of owner. Some rooms and spaces of the building are not used and many of them are old and insufficient. This building is located in lucrative area (near to Old town square). Requirement of the owner was to build a new accommodation places for foreign and native tourists, office rooms and selling area. Object is located in preservation area and it have a historical value. Component of my bachelor's thesis is creating of project documentation for building permit.
