Tato diplomová práce se věnuje oblasti dispoziční pravomoci zaměstnavatele, jakým způsobem je utvářena a jaké jsou její možnosti a meze. This diploma thesis is focused on the area of employer's disposal competence, its way of creation and on the problematics of the possibilities and limits of the employer's disposal competence.
