Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením věřitele a dlužníka ve stávající právní úpravě ČR. V části teoretické této práce, v souladu se zadáním, se podrobněji rozebírá pojetí závazkového práva, spolu s jeho vznikem, změnou či zánikem.
