Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o strachu z porodu, příčinách vzniku strachu a úzkostí, dále o strategiích, které pomáhají vypořádat se se strachem a nepoddat se mu. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části, na část teoretickou a na část praktickou. V teoretické části je na základě odborné literatury v této oblasti více přiblížena výše uvedená problematika. Dále je zde podrobněji popsáno těhotenství a období před porodem, psychické a fyzické změny, emoce a uvažování těhotných žen a psychika v jednotlivých trimestrech. Druhá podkapitola seznamuje se strachem z porodu, strachem během těhotenství, který ženu provází, vysvětluje, co znamená termín tokofobie. Třetí podkapitola poukazuje na porodní bolest, která provází každý porod. Dále se věnuje tlumení bolesti během porodu nefarmakologickými a farmakologickými metodami a jejich vyjmenování. Čtvrtá podkapitola je zaměřená na porod jako takový a na porodní plán. Pátá podkapitola se zabývá strategiemi zvládání stresu, zvládání stresových situací, vlivem přítomnosti partnera u porodu na psychiku rodičky a předporodními kurzy. A šestá podkapitola popisuje úlohu porodní asistentky v péči o ženu před porodem. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na průzkum obav těhotných žen a zvládání jejich strachu z porodu a poukazuje na příčiny vzniku strachu. V bakalářské práci byly stanoveny celkem tři cíle. Cíl 1: Zmapovat, čeho se ženy obávají s blížícím se porodem. Cíl 2: Identifikovat co je spouštěčem jejich strachu. Cíl 3: Zjistit, co pomáhá ženám zvládat jejich strach. Bylo stanoveno celkem 12 otázek. Ke zpracování této problematiky a zjištění stanovených cílů bylo zvoleno kvantitativní šetření. Použila jsem jako vhodnou metodu anonymní dotazníkové šetření. Dotazník byl umístěn na internetových portálech. Výzkumný soubor tvořily těhotné ženy, jak prvorodičky, tak vícerodičky. Celkem výzkumný vzorek tvořil 94 respondentek. Výsledky ukázaly, že těhotné ženy se nejvíce bojí bolesti spojené s porodem. Jako spouštěč strachu těhotných žen se jeví ve většině případů opět bolest, dále historky ostatních žen, které již rodily, u prvorodiček nejistota, co je čeká, u více rodiček naopak zkušenost s předchozím porodem. Co ženám pomáhá zvládat jejich strach během těhotenství je partner, podpora rodiny, dále příprava na porod pomocí předporodních kurzů, důvěra ve zdravotnický personál, těšení se na miminko a pozitivní myšlení.

Abstract:

This Bachelor´s thesis is about fear from giving birth, causes of the origin of fear and anxiety, strategies which help deal with fear and not surrender to it. This thesis is devided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. Based on expert literature the theoretical part is about closer view to already mentioned issues. Later on is detailed description of pregnancy and time period before delivery, psychological and physical changes, emotions and thinking of pregnant women and psyche in each trimester. The second subchapter is about fear from giving birth, fear during the pregnancy and explanation of term Tocophobia. The third subchapter tells about pain during the delivery which is present in every delivery. Later on it focuses on managing the pain during the delivery with no pharmacological and pharmacological methods and their types. The fourth subchapter is about delivery itself and the birth plan. The fifth subchapter tells about strategies of stress management, managing stress situations, influence of partner´s presence during the delivery on mother´s psyche and antenatal courses. And sixth subchapter describes role of midwife in taking care of the woman before her childbirth. The practical part of this Bachelor´s thesis is focused on research about pregnant women´s worries and managing their fear from giving birth and shows us the causes of arising fear. In this Bachelor´s thesis were sat three targets. Target number 1: find the biggest fear with oncoming delivery. Target number 2: identify the turning point of their fear. Target number 3: find what helps women manage their fear. There were sat 12 questions for processing and finding already mentioned targets, for these targets have been chosen quantitative investigation. I used suitable method an anonymous questionnaire. Questionnaire was placed on websites. The investigation group was assembled from pregnant women with first or multiple deliveries. At the end the group was made from 94 respondents. Results showed that pregnant women are mostly afraid of pain during giving birth. The turning-point of the fear is also pain or other women´s stories. The turning-point for women who expected their first child is the uncertainty about future. On the other hand for women who gave birth before is the turning-point the previous experience itself. What helps women to manage their fear during the pregnancy is partner, family support, preparation for childbirth with antenatal course, trust between pregnant woman and medical staff, looking forward to a new baby and positive thoughts.
