Abstract:

Obsahem této diplomové práce jsou evropské směrnice, jejich vývoj a platnost na českém finančním trhu. Cílem této práce zhodnocení účinnosti regulace a dohledu ve světě a v českých poměrech. Je objasněním struktury a systému regulace a dohledu v Evropské unii od roku 2010 do současnosti a identifikace změny regulace a dohledu. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část představuje základní teoretická východiska a premisy regulace a dohledu z pohledu evropského autoritativního subjektu. Následná praktická část zhodnocuje vývoj regulace a dohledu z hlediska analyzovaného data. Součástí je i komparace jednotlivých časových období z hlediska regulace a dohledu. Následně zobrazuje aktuální stav regulace a dohledu. V neposlední řadě je prezentována i predikce vývoje regulace a dohledu na českém finančním trhu. Součástí práce je nejen splnění primárního cíle, ale i verifikace hypotézy, která analyzuje, zda je regulace nedostatečná či je naopak přeregulovaná. Závěr práce shrnuje veškerá zjištěná data a skutečnosti.

Abstract:

The content of this thesis are the European directives, their development and validity on the Czech financial market. The aim of this study is to present the structure and the regulatory and supervisory system in the European Union from 2010 to present and introduce changes in regulation and supervision. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the basic theoretical basis and premise of regulation and supervision from the perspective of the European authoritative entity. Subsequent practical part evaluates the development of regulation and supervision in terms of the analyzed data. It also includes a comparison of the various periods of time in terms of regulation and supervision. Then displays the current status of regulation and supervision. Finally, it is presented and the prediction of regulation and supervision of the Czech financial market. The work, not only meet the primary objective, but also to verify a hypothesis, analyzing whether regulation is insufficient or vice versa overregulated. The conclusion summarizes all recorded data and facts.
