Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována tématu řízení dodavatelů a je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část si klade za cíl rozebrat téma řízení dodavatelů IT služeb z teoretické stránky. Co o něm říkají standardy řízení IT, dále se podívat na jednotlivé formy vztahů s dodavateli a obsáhle se zaměřit speciálně na fenomén současnosti – outsourcing. Rozebrat si důvody proč je outsourcing používán, jaké jsou jeho klady a zápory pro obě zúčastněné strany a v neposlední řadě jaké jsou trendy v IT outsourcingu v nejbližším období. Druhá část je věnována zavádění procesu řízení dodavatelů v naší společnosti. Definice, jak tento pojem chápeme, důvody jaké nás k zavedení vedly, jak jsme postupovali a jaké nástroje jsme volili. Poslední část je věnována popisu dalších kroků, které je třeba uskutečnit v následujícím období.

Abstract:

The main objective of my thesis is vendor management of IT services. The work is divided into two main sections. First part deals with theory of IT vendor management, what say standards of IT management such as ITIL or COBIT and what forms of vendor relations are known and used. Special focus of this part is dedicated to the phenomenon of nowadays business – outsourcing. What are the reasons to use it, what are its forms, advantages and disadvantages, where is it used and last but not least expected trends in near future. The second part of the work deals with the practical implementation of vendor management process in our company. In the beginning is definition what is understood by vendor management within our company. In later chapters is described how we have dealt with vendor management implementation and how we have proceeded with improvement of the vendor management. What tools have we used and implemented. In the last chapter of the work can be found consequent steps expected in the near future on this not easy mission.
