Cílem diplomové práce bude zhodnotit metody, postupy a další skutečnosti při ověřování účetní závěrky obchodní společnosti auditorem. Teoretická část práce bude obsahovat vymezení účetní závěrky, kategorizaci účetních jednotek, z kterého je zřejmé, která účetní jednotka podléhá auditu účetní závěrky. Abstract:
The objective of this diploma thesis will be to evaluate methods, procedures and other facts while reviewing the financial statements of a company by an auditor. The theoretical part of the thesis will consist of the financial statements’ definition, the categorization of entities, from which it is evident which entity is subjected to an audit of the financial statements.
