Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o výběrovém řízení uchazečů o zaměstnání. Rozdělena je do dvou částí. První část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole je popsáno běžné výběrové řízení na základě osobního pohovoru. V druhé kapitole je vysvětleno výběrové řízení pomocí Assessment Centra. This thesis discusses the selection process for job seekers. It is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the usual selection process based on a personal interview, with the se-lection process by Assessment Centre and a connectedness through Assessment Centre and andragogy.
